I have been using this treatment for almost a decade to bring life back into my fine, bleached hair. After bleaching I shampoo my hair, towel dry it and then apply the treatment. I leave it on for at least an hour then wash out and let it airdry for the softest, smoothest, beautifully scented hair. I find after bleaching the condition of my hair is restored back to normal after 1-2 uses.
